electrical extension

is it within diy code or does this work need to be covered by the part p law, to add a power and data cable extension through one warehouse wall fixed to the walls by conduit and back box to one side and powered by a three pin plug on the other side.

Part p only applies to domestic.

All work must be safe and istalled in accordance with regulations. What you have described would seem to be OK. Do not put your power and data cable in the same conduit though...
 
also if you have a flex going to a plug make sure you restrain it somehow so that it doesn't get pulled out of the other end when someone disturbs the final loop to the plug (compression glands are good for this sort of thing).
