No, because there is far more involved than just buying a motor and attaching it to the door.
As the installer, you will be responsible for applying the CE mark and compiling the technical file to show that the complete installation (which will be the motor assembly, door, safety devices and controls) complies with the Machinery Directive and other applicable standards.
As that video linked to doesn't show any safety devices at all, that's already a big fail.
If your customer is expecting to buy a motor and pay someone an hour's labour to install it, they will be severely disappointed.
