Electrical Socket Frames - where to get?

Hi all,

Not strictly an electrical question, but I have seen wall sockets with frames around them, I am interested in getting some of these as we have tiled our kitchen and there are slight gaps where the tile cutting has not as tight to the plug as we'd have liked, a frame over it would cover these (I don't want to grout in there as it would look amateurish.

Anyone any idea what they are called or where to get them?
