My son is being laid off at the end of this month. He`s a newly qualified electrician and has been with the same company throughout his apprenticeship.
His boss has given him the "heads up" today explaining that, as he`s just qualified, he doesn`t have a full sparky contract and he`s the first to go.
Anyone know of anything going in/around Leeds? He has a driving license although no car at the moment. He`s willing to do anything which will bring a wage in but obviously wants to stay as close to his trade as possible
