Electrolux EOD67642X overheats when over, say, 200 degrees

On low heat the oven self regulates. When on hot the oven's temperature just keeps creeping up!

Any ideas?

Solved this a couple of years ago myself. It was a worn relay that often became seized. Sourced spare from Germany, replaced on circuitboard and now it's fully functional once again.
