En suite layout

Evening
I'm just after some opinions on how you would lay this en suite out (see drawing)
As it stands on the drawing now the basin and the wc are on a wall that is to be dot and dabbed, the wall to the right of the door is to be dot and dabbed and the rest are stud walls, would it be better to put the toilet on the outside wall so the soil pipe goes directly outside, and would it be better to have the basin on the stud wall to avoid having to chase pipes in.

It looks as if the designer may have been considering something like a vanity unit? Which means the pipes would be hidden away nicely in that orientation.

I think I'd swap the basin and shìtter.
