Does anyone know if this is possible without rooting?

Thinking of buying this phone but it does not have Band 20 capability.

Beyond my very limited knowledge, I'm afraid. If it were me, I'd be looking at alternative phones.

Trouble is, as you have noticed with the other tablet thread I posted, I need bigger than my current phone, which is the Galaxy Mega 6.3".....

The Notes are all smaller.
