OMG I love port. I have 3 bottles in the house. I love a glass or two in an evening with some cheese.

I do enjoy a nice neat whiskey, although as I hardly drink spirits It tends to be once a year on Burns night

I once bought a gluten free sandwich from a shop by mistake, I was starving and still couldn't eat it, it didn't taste right. When I checked the date on it as I thought it was out of date, I noticed it said gluten free bread on it. That was my only experience of gluten free.

It makes amazing gravy. We had roast duck a good few Christmases ago and I made gravy with port. Just followed a recipe and it was the best gravy I've ever had.

It also makes a very nice sauce for steak with cream, mushrooms and onions.
