One question re the soil pipe, is that it will run along the wall above the floor boards and be boxed in, this run will be about 3m to get to the outside of the house. The run from the exterior to the existing soil pipe is about 5m but getting the right fall wont be an issue. As long as the fall on the pipe is okay i take it that the distance wont be touch much of an issue.
