Entry phone identification

Hi. Does anyone recognise the make/brand of this old entry phone from these terminals? I'm asking to try and help out a friend, and have requested more pics.

I've looked at dozens of wiring schematics but none have this set of terminals.

It's from a multi unit ex-council apartment in London.

It's an ancient Bitron effort.
The replacement is an Ensign 3407, as discussed here: https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/entry-handset-replacement.591695/

The Videx item is of no use.
