The margin on votes was 3%. Not exactly a lot hence fat chance of people not continuing arguments about it. An american observer saw it being similar to changing their constitution and it seems that would need a 2/3 vote to do. This may be why they have problems doing anything about guns other than lobbyists. We don't have a constitution.
3% needs putting into perspective. 1) What proportion of the population has racist tendencies - as that was frequently used. 2) A blissful NHS advert full of older people all smiling and loads of doctors and nurses. That one caused me to change my car earlier than usual. Saved my a fair amount of money. I knew it would given an out vote and thought that add would achieve it. 3) Money out and forget what comes back and where and why it's spent money out being a fraction of near 1 trillion quid. 4) Pure and simple protest votes for no good reason other than fed up with the gov. 5) Immigration when the fact that there will always be some was mentioned. This will always include cheaper labour if uk citizens wont do the work as some one has to do it. It will always include pretrained people as things stand at the moment as well.
The age vote that sometimes gets mentioned especially by younger people. A fair proportion of those will be fully aware of why the UK has had problems. Some living in cuckoo land wont have a clue. Some will know something has changed but too young to have any real idea of why.
We are out purely down the political techniques used. Good idea, bad idea have to wait and see. Corbyn's idea - we would very probably had a larger swing the other way for all sorts of reasons. Protest votes for one.

America aren't in the EU last I heard. We were talking about Germany sh1tting on the Southern European countries, and not for the first time.
Cause they are. It's why they have had the same problems as the UK since being in it.
