Can a landlord not be a DIY'er?
I'm hardly breaking even with the HMO, let alone a "tidy monthly sum"! That's for another time and place...
I am comfortable with lock changes under normal circumstances but have an unexpected situation here and hence the questions. I can understand the rationale for @JohnD comment above but struggling with your position @^woody^. I know you are helpful as you've helped me in many instances in the past...
Thanks for the help guys.
Update - the other keys worked fine. The issue only affects my key. I will re-test tomorrow and - yes, I definitely have the correct key!
I'm afraid that you'll end up drilling the lock cylinder.
First of all I would compare working key with not working.
