Evo HE22 - L/F after new flame sensor and controller

Where do I go now? I’m getting Flame Lock although I’ve replaced the sensor and the control box. I’ve also had an occasional 0/3 bars in the last few days.

That's not why I come on here. I am looking for technical thoughts or advice.

Then I suggest you join the combustion chamber forum to discuss gas related matters as per @flameport forum rules do not permit the advice of “work” on a gas appliance.
 
L/F is Flame lock yes. The flame gets turned off when there is no ion stream picked up by the steel flame detector rod.
 
Fixed it. I vacuumed the sump, it had a thinish layer of ‘ash’ in it, but I’ve no idea why this should mean the boiler would now work as designed.
