Given that statement, I would have thought 4,000 m front tyre life was far too little (in every respect
) over a year. Unless something is amiss.
Do the tyres exhibit wear, pretty uniformly across the tread or not, as already asked by bA?
Do you wind her up on take off regularly??
I read that she knocks out 105 bhp / litre (better than a 2 litre WRX).... But max torque is at 6,800 rpm (WRX 3,200).. Keeping the rpm up coupled with, I assume, front wheel drive... could be leaving rubber on the road...
Are the electronics working properly? Traction control, ABS, Electronic Stability (it has all that I am guessing - Switchable components - on?)
Do check the tyres yourself, I was once told, following a service, my recently purchased tyres were at the limit, it turned out a mechanic had muddled his reports on similar vehicles ...
Obviously I know nothing about the car ... so just throwing a few ideas around ...
