Snickers trousers I can get
Bloody horrible...stiff as boards uncomfortable and all those divvy pockets to shove half a toolbox worths of tools in...Looks mad and makes you forever pulling them up.

The pockets are for the redbull.... :ROFLMAO:

Agreed horrible things not a good impression if your running a business

There is truth to both sides of this story.

For a limited time, you have access to a returns button on the goods you order from Amazon.

Then it disappears.
So if you have reason to return an item within the guarantee period, you cannot, without contacting Amazon and requesting a return.

This is why you see a lot of reviews saying something like, "could not return it so it went in the bin."
Of course, every retailer has a cut-off point whereby returning the item is no longer permitted without contacting them, apologies if you thought I meant otherwise but actually even then it's still pretty simple, you just have to go through a 15min chat to get there, I suppose being sat at a PC all day for work anyway it's never been much of a chore for me.

Furthermore I have never understood why customers seemingly do not bother attempting redress when a product fails r just turns out to be rubbish, I can only recall one item out of hundreds whereby I did not get adequate redress, beyond the statuary returns period. But then that was quite a few years ago and I am more savvy with Amazon now.

Really quite hard to fault Amazon customer care, tis why they're so popular, they have the whole buying/returning system nailed! They not always the cheapest anymore that's for sure but that's another topic.

FMT I think I’ve been experience what the posted was actually meaning too. With Amazon you have 30 days return window, and you literally can return anything in any state during that time.

But once that window closes it’s very opaque and difficult to arrange a return/repair/replacement for something that should carry a warranty - an electrical item for example for the remaining 11 months of a standard warranty.

You can do it, but they make it hard...not just like the button click or two in the returns window.

I like doing both.

Sometimes online is best, but others physical shopping is best (paint colours is one example)

Nah still not getting it, I've had problems with items and been able to return it no problems. Sure you have to enter a chat or get them to ring you but why is that anymore onerous than elsewhere? Good luck getting that done at Curries!

Glad you’ve had better experience that I have...I would much rather go to curries and speak to a person, most people are helpful if you engage correctly.

I'm of the same opinion. But they let themselves down.

On a couple of occasions they have am item on sale. I pushed , I tipped and turned em upside down.

Yes lovely I'll have one please.

Sorry we don't have it in stock you need to order online........ that's nut I say.

If I go on line I may find a better deal on Amazon. A shrug and a face pull I end up getting elsewhere.

I'm sure lots of tradesmen think the number of trouser pockets denotes their skill level, the more pockets they have, the more skilled they are. To55ers.
