I confess my first impression was that it looked like the main isolater in the middle of the box.Have got zero experience with Niglon but what's going on with the breaker in the centre seems to have an earth and neutral?
That would be my guess as well, notice how the video carefully doesn't show the neutral bars ? Looking at the catalogue (see below), these look identical to the Pro-Elec ones apart from the name. I haven't used a split load one, but on the non-RCD versions, there's a short "U" link between two neutral bars on all but the smallest ones. Perhaps that link got added by mistake - or not removed when splitting the board. Is transposed neutral(s) or linked neutral bars too obvious?
That's the rail at the back with wires behind and busbar at the bottom.

I see it now - the two "fingers" of the live bus confused me into thinking it looked like some type of switch
Interesting that these look identical to the Pro Elec stuff that CPC sell.
If this link doesn't work, then try this one and click on Select Manufacturers and select Pro Elec.
Interesting that Niglon do metal case options, and a few more accessories - anyone know what their prices are like ?
I didnt think any other manufacturers made stuff as cheap[quality] and cheerful as Pro-Elec.

Proteus?

In three boards worth (about 20 breakers), I've had one failure which isn't brilliant - but then the stuff is cheap enough for me to hold spares and it doesn't "cost" me to change one. They pass tests, so what more do you want.
Don't like the enclosures though - too flexible, and the flexible DIN rail means the front cover is partly responsible for holding the breakers in place.
Did the neutral from the left-hand RCD also go to same neutral bar, or were they swapped? It turned out to be the neutral from the right hand RCD was connected to the neutral bar for the left hand RCD.
