We bought a water feature with a 240V pump. We also have an outdoor RCD socket but the electric cable is too short for where we went to install the fountain.

What's the best way to extend the cable? As the fountain will be installed on the edge of a wooden deck, we can lay the cable along or underneath it.

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Or you could get a proper socket fitted where you actually require it

My water feature is working fine after having successfully installed a flex between the two cables. Thanks for your help!
