Extending room, how close can it get to window/window frame

If anyone has any advice/guidelines I'd be very grateful.

I wish to extend the bathroom wall out onto the landing and as you can see there is a landing window.

It is 77cm from the wall to the window sill.

What would you say is the maximum I should extend the wall out; are there any general guidelines?

First, you need to determine whether it is a structural wall or not.

There are no guidelines with respect to the window but there are minimum landing sizes that need to be adhered to but without a plan that cannot be assessed.

The wall itself could be built so that the window reveal is part of the wall finish, if that's how close to the window, you want to be. It leaves no room for curtains though.
