The extension below (4m x 8.1m) came in at £57'500. This included B&B floor, a vaulted roof with x2 roof lights, x2 wind posts in the masonry (ball-ache), x2 doorway size knock through (1 internal 1 external) including lintels etc, removal of internal partitioning, adding x2 internal partitions to form a utility room.
All skimmed up, doors hung, skirts archies and window boards etc.
It's doable at that price. It just depends on the content of the extension i.e. foundations, floor slab type, roof type, drainage etc. That one I did recently included a soakaway too.
