Your roof has had its day, but I'm guessing you already know that. If you do strip and re-cover, be aware of insulation obligations.

Noted obligations apology did not know that it had its day it is 10/12 years old being OAP memory playing trick on the time

It's been poorly patched .. as above budget for re roof
It will have to wait until summer to get favourable weather any thoughts on detailed material guidance? As Google has various suggestions
But prefer from the more experienced & knowledgeable this will also help to finalise with the qualified roofing company thanking in advance

OP,
Dont do anything, wait until "summer" for a new roof - the roof & edging in the pic is threadbare, & the taping is DIY rubbish. Where a felt roof has gone soft it needs cutting out, & the decking below examined.
By the time you've messed about patching you will be trying to save money on something that possibly wont work.
As above, strip the roof, & install a warm roof.

Take the flashband off and brush the Acrypol on. It can be applied to wet surfaces no problem.

But as mentioned above, the felt is at life end. You could further apply Acrypol to all the felt joints and any worn areas, but you are probably looking at a new roof cover in the next few years.
