Hoping for a little help.
Can't decide whether to go for a solid concrete floor or a timber construction and I'm confused about how these floors are made up.
The extension will have a 28mm Mains Gas pipe from a new gas meter yet to be installed on the extensions outside wall when built. There will be a radiator installed too and a cold water pipe under floor for and outside tap to the front of the extension.
The extension will have a step up into the main building.
How should the two options be made up and which would be best?
Planning on re-fitting some very old Pamment tiles taken up out of the buildings living room floor in this extension.
