Hi,
I have a small outhouse with downstairs toilet and want to knock it down and rebuild it. Does this require planning or if i am rebuilding it does it need it or if it's under a certain size does it not need it.

Generally a small outhouse rebuilt to the same footprint and height would not be an issue - unless in a conservation or green belt area
