Hi, Im thinking of extending my house and building over my garage and kitchen and adding 2 bedrooms. The area to build on would be apporx the size of 2 garages? Im just after some average quotes about how much this might cost.
Ive heard different figures ranging from 10000 to 40000 pounds. Any help much appreciated

i would expect quotes of around £28,000 to be more realistic.
