Hi all,
Apologies if this request is in the wrong forum.
I’ve recently had bifolds put in.
I’m thinking about putting up some wooden cladding instead of rouchcasting to match the rest of the house.
In the photo, you can see the bit at the top where the blockwork is exposed.
Do I have to do anything to ‘prep’ for the cladding of can I just crack on and screw batons to the wall and attach the cladding?
I was unsure if I needed to apply anything to the exposed blockwork underneath or if I needed any membranes or the likes behind the cladding.
Thanks all for advice.
Rich
