I have an external tap which has a T off to utility room in detached garage, the pipe runs down external wall a metre before going under ground to garage, is there a ready made casing of any type for concealing this short section, had boxed in with ply previously but does not look very tidy, any better option? ideas? [ currently wrapped with insulation so needs to accommodate diameter of about 3" [75mm].]

foxhole ive done this sort of thing for a mate, i used the guttering downspout and so it matched the rest .i know it sounds daft but it does,nt look bad. i just saw through the back and then force it around, it helped that it was square section.elbows were hard on the fingers for a short horizontal piece. overall length was about 1.2mts
any joy yet with your orange wire? View media item 44098

I was thinking along those lines, might be a tight squeeze unless I remove some insulation. No, still have boiler problem, no solution so far.

Sorry to seem negative but this kind of thing does not meet the Water Regs!

The pipe should enter/depart the house 750 mm below the ground level.

External taps should have an internal iso valve and be turned off when its freezing.

Putting a condensate pipe inside an RWP is a very good idea as it keeps the insulation dry and removes the wind chill effect.
