I am trying to find a 4" bathroom extractor fan with a timer and manual on off switch or pullcord. Its going through a wall so an axial design is adequate. I dont want it switched by the lights or a PIR. I also do not require a humidity sensor. Have spent ages trying to find one, help please.

Does the switch have to be integrated into the fan? If not, a standard timer fan with the addition of an external switch will do the trick.

If fan has an integral switch, you should still fit an isolation switch somewhere appropiate for switching off for mechanical maintaince (removing dust bunnies and the like)

The purists will tell you that if it isn't right by the fan then it should be lockable in the open position...
