Anyone know who a louvre that can be installed from inside?

i.e. shove it through the 4" hole to the outside and then secure it internally?

Get yourself up that ladder!

Edit. Or cut a 115mm core bit hole from inside and fit a Vent Axia QUICK FIX TERMINATION

That's interesting, I didn't know about them, a useful find.

3" heels I can deal with, but long ladders is another matter...

Still got to drill the hole though
