Gutted..we where going, have to spend the day doing bits in the house now.

I was there last year with my mate and his general lee, shame its been cancelled had a top weekend

I've spent many a happy hour at the Fairford show ... I used to fly up in the Pitts, do a few aeros and get free landing fees ... And lots of nice young ladies wanting to feel my prop

The weather

They have done their best trying to accomodate it first it was ok on the Saturday..but no pay on the day..then they cancelled it completely...but were hopeful for tomorrow, but for pre booked sunday ticket holders only......then they cancelled tomorrow completely too

The grassed areas are like a bog and there were safety concerns from all sides.

I know people that went up on Friday for both days...they must be double gutted

Its a great day...spent half an hour last time talking to Bruce Dickinson, he just came and sat down next to us...one really really nice fella.
