Fan Ducting

Hope this is the correct forum...........

I want to change the ducting in the kitchen as it is that nasty white flexi stuff to perhaps something plastic and square shaped.

As you see in the pic the ducting comes into the kitchen from another room and exits through the kitchen wall.

Can anyone link me to a good product to do the job Pls?

Is there no external route in the room ?
Could you go upward and out ?

If you have access to the ceiling why not duct it out that way?

In many ways it is, but how odd that the installer has gone to the effort of putting cover plates over the holes

You may notice Bahco is renovating the room in question, which also is a kitchen. Directly under the duct are some holes and a change of paint colour that suggest there may have been something such as a run of kitchen units there which used to conceal the duct from view. Running duct above wall units is very common.

Indeed, but I never saw it run through an adjacent room.
