TS80Si i installed last year, the custard is saying the tube out of the bottom on the unit which it the pressure releif valve is going all the time even when not in use. Head not scaled nor inhibited so Im not sure why the PRV would trigger.

I know its not gas but anyone else had this problem with one of these?

If only a yr old it will still be under triton's 2 yr warranty.

the custard is saying the tube out of the bottom on the unit which it the pressure releif valve is going all the time even when not in use.

Then first you will need a new prd

T80SI PRD

Then second you will need a new solenoid valve assembly.

T80SI SOLENOID ASSEMBLY

Did this happen while shower in use ?

The prd will fail by
Restricted/blocked shower head.
Kinked/collapsed inner hose.
Surge of mains pressure.

The reason it keeps running when shower is off is useally due to a failed diaphragm in the solenoid assembly.

Poss again could be down to a surge in pressure not likely to be worn at only a yr old.
And very rare for both to fail at same time.
