My garden room has a 5 inch ring beam wrapping all 4 sides. This will have a soffit on the underside (overhang) and a fascia mounted to this ring beam. I will be using a 15mm osb board for the roof, followed by an epdm layer. This will have the edge and gutter trims.
What size fascia should I use for this and will it work with the trims, etc?
