Hi I have a Jaguar 24 KTVJ combi and am experiencing a problem with my hot water!
When i turn the hot water tap in my utility room on (tap nearest the boiler) the boiler 'clicks' and 'fires up' no problem. However when i try a tapin any other room this does not happen. To have a shower i need to turn the shower on, run downstairs turn on the utility tap to fire it up!My CH is fine btw!Would this indicate a faulty Diaphragm?

The water should turn on at about 2.5 li/min. Measure to see if there is a fault in the boiler.

You may well have a cold crossover problem.

Turn off the cold into the boiler and check every hot tap. No water should come out.

Thanks!I should also mention that i recently changed a mixer tap in the kitchen, could this produce the cold crossover?if so how do I fix?very sorry as you can tell complete novice. The only reason I thought diaphragm was that the hot tap in utility needs to be on full belt to kick the boiler in.
