Feed for kitchen extractor hood

Hi electrical types.

I need a fixed feed (3 amp) for my new cooker hood.

Can I take this from the lighting circuit or does it have to come from the ring (actually it looks like the kitchen sockets are on a radial)

either but will need to be down fused using a fused connection unit.
part p notifiable work will apply as in kitchen

I'll use the lighting circuit as it'll save any chasing out - yeah it needs a fused double-pole isolator switch jobby
