fesita 1.25 lx 99.. no hot air in the heating

currently my car dont give out no air heat. It has cold air even i swtich the heater on to the highest temp. My tem gauge is midway all the times. but i just dont get no hot air coming out from my fan. can someone help?

Have you checked the water level in your engine??? do this with the engine cold.

Sounds like the actuator flap over the heater matrix is not opening.

Happened on an Escort of mine one. Needed clipping back into place

I just checked my car... The 3 pipes on the bulkhead is warm but one of them is cold that directly to the heater fan, i think its the wire that allow air flowing in. I disconnect the electronic wires on it and still only had cold air coming out. Would be that a problem on my valve in the bulkhead problem that not allow hot air flowing into one the pipes?
