Fiat Punto Mia 1.2 02 reg - car horn not working

can someone please advise me

my car's horn does not work when the large button on steering wheel is pressed down.

can anyone advise of problem / approx cost to fix etc

Its not the one I wrote off 4 years ago is it? YR02 DTV, light blue Punto Mia 1.2. Someones driving it around, its taxed according to DVLA.

And it could be anything. Does anything else not work? If so it could be a fuse.

Find the horn, and unplug its connector. Switch ignition on, get a pal to press the horn button while you check for 12v at the connector with your multimeter. If 12v is there, replace the horn. If no 12v, could be the wheel switch or a fuse, if there is a specific one. Get advice before meddling with the wheel switch...air bag near by! Cheers John
