Could anyone let me know if these water puddles are acceptable on a 6 × 7 m fiberglass roof?

Also, is it normal for these long screws to be randomly inserted and removed until they hit the joists?

Small puddles can form but the ball test should work.
Let the ball roll to prove fall and direction.
Look that up.

Measure. Draw line on boards so screws hit joists is good practice

I can see bits of water on the roof…? :(

Unless your roof is pitched at 45 degrees expect it to get wet when it rains.

A good first fix carpenter would angle the section of roof between the roof light and the wall to cause the water to run one or both ways and not hold in that area.

It's barely a puddle. I'd suggest that surface tension (of the water) is to blame here. Simpe physics, not bad work
