Fight back

Hi i dont have kids and I think your missing what is happening. No one is expecting any trouble this is a numbers game. The most amount of scumbags anyone counted in anyone area in London was 200 in croydon where the worst of the trouble is. reports from enfield and tottenham are of 50-100 people. When you have over a 1000 very handy looking fellas hanging about, the idiots are too scared to show there faces. I know and have absolutely no doubt that a minority of those people in Enfield tonight will be quite happy to smash a few heads in(trust me i sit in Park Lane end and even I watch what i say) but the majority are there just as a show of community support. This is more like a protest than anything else.
Also they are not just protecting pubs and shops, although many do seem to be heavily protecting their locals  but these shops all have properties above them. I don't know if you've ever been to north london but you'll find flats/maisonettes above almost every shop, and flats and houses backing on to them. A fire in one shop could leave several people homeless very quickly. Its not just about protection its about people showing they are fed up and not prepared to stand by and watch.
As for the game it is so far still on, and the way things are going tonight will hopefully remain that way.

Not so much North London but South. I suppose if its a numbers game then providing the numbers are overwhelming trouble should be rare, I still dont think I would risk my young ones growing up fatherless over a few rioting chavs.
Especially when all you have to do it open JD Sports front doors and make everything buy-able for 50p.

More importantly, it is a complete miracle that those fires have not yet lead to casualties.

Massive fires , I bet the looters were wearing sun tan lotion.
Who knows though , it wouldnt be the first time an owner burned down a building in an area ripe for development.

When you see pictures of shop owners who live above their business's jumping from 1st floor windows to escape being killed by fire then you realise how misplaced and distasteful your comments are. However nothing surprised me on this side of the forum hence why I rarely post here.

that post just goes to prove you've read nothing I wrote or chose to simply ignore it to antagonise. If you cannot read or understand any of what I've written then its quite simply a waste of my time having any conversation with you. good day.

How did I end up in the general discussion section? Joe will be butting in with some superdense statement in a minute.
Time to unwatch the thread methinks.

Sorry that was my fault for linking it from the CC. Anyway the social networking worked. "Community protection groups" have formed in numerous places in London. Only downside was the EDL using it as a platform and marching into Lewisham. Obviously trying to make this a race issue, just like the "impartial" bbc. This is not a race issue this a scum issue.

Can't see any black people in that photo.

So what's going to happen next? O'dear.

no but they are there, in any case there's more mixed race and turks in enfield and many of them are there.

nothings going to happen next. The scumbags will hopefully realise their future shopping trips won't be so easy and the police can get on with bringing them to justice

I think the game has been cancelled hasnt it? Think they said something about it on the news.

So thats why all the football holigans are out on the streets.
Vigilantes my ar?*e.
