Filling cavity around pipes

I'm currently repairing the floor of the cupboard where the water tanks are situated. The cement floor has been excavated around the pipes:

I'd like to fill this cavity in order to level off the floor, so can i use expanding foam around the pipes, or will it corrode, or otherwise damage them?
