Finger in the air estimates

Hopefully this is the right part of the forum. I not looking for anything accurate just finger in the air estimates.
I'm considering purchasing a home in the TW2 postcode and i'm going to get proper quotes but would be interested in the finger in the air estimates first.
The house is a 1930s 3 bed semi with a lean to extension.

I'm planning on the following

- Removing the lean to extension (Brick and glass) and brick garage
- Extending the back of the house to replace the extension, which will make the dining room and kitchen larger
- Rewire
- Moving the combi boiler into the loft

What do people think each of the following will cost?

Too many variables, you are best advised having on site estimates/quotes with plans of the build.

All I was looking for is comments like extension approx £1500 per m sq
rewire near London £4.5K
Moving Combi £3K
Do these appear reasonable ?
