Although this is not to scale, and the numbers of timbers may not be correct, this image depicts the configuration of the roof and construction of the wall between the rear projection area of the house and the rest of the building. Is the stud wall and solid brick wall providing additional roof support?

The timber in blue stretches the entire width of the house. Half of it is through the stud wall with lathe and plaster, and the other half is above the brick wall.

Sitting on top of this timber, along the length of it, are the ends of the timbers in red (which form the main roof) plus further studs with lathe and plaster (which make the wall slightly higher on the rear projection side).

Is it likely that the stud wall and solid brick wall are providing support for the roof timber in blue? Or would it be possible to remove them both (as in the picture) without any additional support except the one stud left in the middle of the opening?
