Fitting a new double dimmer switch

I have a double switch for my dining room and outside security light. I would like to install a dimmer for the dining room and maintain the normal switch for the outside. 2 questions:

1. Can I get a switch that has a dimmer and a normal touch on/off switch

or

2. If not can I install a double dimmer switch which will apply to both lighting systems?

Any tips/knowledge greatly appreciated.

You need:

one dimmer (appropriately rated)
one standard 10 amp switch (single pole)
one two-gang grid frame
one two-gang grid plate

It's just a normal switch in the style of a dimmer look-a-like...
