Hi folks,

Need your help, 1st post so hope it all makes sense.
Have a Mira Event Power shower fitted to my mains water supply. It's leaked at pipe connections since day one and manufacturer says DO NOT CONNECT to mains water supply BUT problem was previous electric shower was weak and useless so power shower on mains was great but leaky. I knew it would be problematic but It's busted now and I need a new one.

Original electric was fed from tank in the loft, live in top floor flat, and guy cut the pipe from loft and ran two pipes up from bath to feed shower instead.

Just need advice on best type of shower to fit. I have main cold and a boiler tank that feeds hot. Pressure on cold is high, pressure on hot is so/so.

Can I use existing hot and cold feeds from main on a power shower at all or do I need some re-plumbing to solve?

Any help would be great thanks,
