Fitting Centrigugal extractor fan

I am just in the process of fitting a manrose 100mm centrifugal fan.
The instruction say that i should connect the the ducting going out through the wall to to the end of the fan where the blade is visible. However the air flow arrow on top of the casing shows that if it was fitted this way the air would flow into the bathroom surely this is not correct. Any help would be much appreciated

I would believe the airflow arrow, but this isn't that hard to figure out.

Wire up the fan and turn it on, the side that is blowing air out goes to the outside.
The side that isn't blowing is the bathroom side.

sure it's an airflow arrow and not a rotation arrow?
