Fitting oak cabinet

I'm fitting an oak cabinet in bathroom to hold two sinks. Should i tile upto this unit on the floor or under it? I'm a little concerned with tiling onto a ply base first then moving this heavey unit in?

is it solid oak or oak veneer!!!

i would say under incase it gets removed before the floor gets changed
also allows easier removal for access purposes

also dont forget no steel must touch oak to avoid black staining from the tannin
