Fixing greenhouse to paving slabs

Morning all. I'm erecting a greenhouse on a bit of patio at the side of the house. I've had the slabs relaid to ensure they are flat and they are. But they are the textured sort - so there are going to be small gaps between the metal greenhouse base and the slabs. The gaps are no bigger than 1cm and vary in size along the length of the base.

I'm going to be screwing the base to the slabs and wondered what would be the best sealant to use between the slabs and the metal base. Obviously it needs to be weatherproof. It also isn't really possible to ensure that the surface (at least the slabs) are "clean" as many sealants seem to require.

just to bed it you could go for the cheapest exterior silicone sealant you can find - it should bond to the g/h base and squidge out nicely.

something like pinkgrip / gripfill would probably be even better as it sets rigid.

you probably already realise that if it aint square and level the house will be awkward to build and glaze.
