Fixing stud frame to 40mm screed floor

I have a liquid screed floor. Approx 40mm thick. Beneath that is the insulation > DPM > concrete slab.

I therefore only have a 40mm screed to fix my studworks sole plate to.

Is this enough?

If not what would be a good work around?

Yes, the fixings are not too hold the partition down, but just to spike it so it does not move sideways.
