Fixing To Polystyrene Slabs

A friends house has been clad in polystyrene slabs for insulation (its a no fines house) not sure how thick (maybe 50mm) and rendered.
Problem is I need to fix a hook for a washing line, not sure what fixing to use (was thinking of a long frame fixing)
