The only two-tier i can see is between rich and poor.
If you are rich you will be treated differently from someone who isn't rich.

It don't matter what colour your skin is,you chose where you want to live, gated developments with private security are available so no one can steal your stuff.

Along with private health care it means no waiting lists, while those at the bottom blame others because they can't get treatment.

Private education so your kids don't have to mix with others who can't speak proper. Thats what two tier means to me.

It’s good that people are wearing flags and putting them on their houses and cars.

It indicates where the stupid people are…..and makes it easier to avoid them.
