Flashing for profiled tiles

I'm building a lean to roof using Marley Wessex tiles but I can't figure out how to make lead flashing fit the shape of the roof. Do I just stretch the lead by bashing it down into the 'valley' part of tile, or is there a more technical answer? Different type of flashing?

dress the lead down onto the tiles, starting at the very edge of the lead and working your way back in towards the building.
