Hi,

I have a new extension, roof is around 17.5 with Marley Modern tiles (their minimum angle is 17.5). How much flashing should overhang onto the tiles in mm as a minimum?

100mm, or more?

Whatever the tile lap is. As long as the lap is correct.

Or whatever was specified in the plans.

Side or top?

As a side quirk of moderns - because they are flat, they should be laid with a soaker at (side) abutments.
